Where to go for incredible nights out in Plymouth

1. Plan a big night out at Spinners

Whether you’re thinking about birthdays, work nights out or seeing mates on the weekend, Spinners’ cherry blossom-filled, plush velvet backdrop is full of welcoming vibes and exactly the place to be.
With Amaretto sours, loaded nachos, duckpin bowling, electric darts and clay shooting, Spinners always means a night to remember. Open late every evening and until midnight on the weekends, pop in or book one of their incredible party packages.
2. Go late-night shopping
Open until 8pm on Thursdays, enjoy some chilled-out retail therapy before heading for drinks and dinner. For fashion and beauty, there’s Oliver Bonas, Mango, River Island, schuh, Levi’s, Lush, Rituals and Quiz with a brand-new Mountain Warehouse for camping gear and family wardrobe refreshes.
3. Tuck into the best sourdough pizza at the newly arrived Franco Manca

Franco Manca is all about delicious ingredients (spicy nduja from Spilinga, homemade Franco’s chilli oil, 24-hour sourdough, Italian smoked beef) bringing you some of the best pizzas on the planet. Enjoy seasonal specials, delicious beer and wines and take some time out on their sun-filled terrace.
4. Enjoy the evening at Las Iguanas

Enjoy a seriously authentic South American feast together at Las Iguanas with bottomless brunches (booking until 9pm on weekdays and 5pm on Fridays) of chilli, tacos and curry bowls plus rum punch, caipirinhas and prosecco and main menus of burgers and spiced quinoa.
Their new menu also includes Cheesy Peru Fondue with crispy chunks of potato and fried cauliflower bites for dunking; Triple Taco Taxis with your choice of veggie chilli, chipotle chicken or achiote lemon fish; fiery Caruru curry, now available for the veggies and Wrayning Flamingos cocktails served with candy floss or a Mezcal Margarita. 5. Get competitive at Boom Battle Bar

Boom Battle Bar will shake up your nights out with excellent music and welcome drinks alongside axe throwing, shuffleboard, karaoke, beer and prosecco pong and AR darts. 6. Soak up some rays with al-fresco dining

7. Have an elegant evening at Cosy Club
With opulent interiors, chandeliers and a cocktail menu that leaves others standing, Cosy Club is a properly grown-up evening out. Dinner is served 5pm-10pm with roast chicken, green risotto, harissa torn lamb shoulder, burgers and mac ‘n’ cheese. It also has a host of private spaces for birthday parties and special nights out. 8. See the latest movies at Cineworld
This year’s big movies include Deadpool & Wolverine (26th July), Furiosa (24th May) and Beetlejuice Beetlejuice (5 September).

9. Unwind and get social at Brewdog
With a gorgeous outdoor seating area and a dog-friendly attitude, Brewdog’s evening calendar is filled with inspired nights out: Vegan Mondays, Wings Wednesdays (bottomless buffalo hot wings) and two cocktails for £12 every day from 8pm. Make some new friends, enjoy some excellent craft beer and burgers and generally have a really good time. 10. Enjoy a round or two of crazy golf
Order up some drinks, maybe a burrito and book in for an evening of crazy golf at Paradise Island Adventure Golf which is open until 11pm (last booking 10pm). They’ve got some incredible night out ideas including Pitcher & Putt for £32pp (adventure golf and unlimited cocktails at the Bunker); eat and play for £17.50 with amazing student, military and Blue Light discounts too. 11. Make sushi with YO!

Sometimes all you want to do with friends is eat some delicious street food and Drake Circus and The Barcode have all the best spots in one place. For Southern style chicken tenders and peri-peri cravings, head to Slim Chickens and Nando’s; Zizzi for dough balls and pizza; Five Guys for good burgers and Kaspa’s for late-night shakes, sundaes and waffles. If you’re travelling by train, we’re just under 15 minutes’ walk from Plymouth train station and, if you prefer to drive, then we have more than 2,000 spaces at our car parks. There are designated disabled spaces plus six electric charging points.
